Bayou Blaze is Cajun BBQ sauce from Cut Off, Louisiana.

Small-batch and hot-filled by hand, with no preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup.

Three sauces, three jobs. Cane Sweet is the rich cane syrup BBQ sauce. Cane Heat is the tangy Cajun one — thinner, hotter, made to soak into the meat. Black Gold is the dark black garlic glaze with espresso and gochujang.
